Parent & Baby
Birth to 36 months.
An introduction to water and having fun with underwater swims and building confidence in water.
Tadpoles
Pre School aged 3 – 5 years.
The main focus in these lessons is based around building your child’s confidence in the water.
Froglets
Pre School – 6 years. For children who already possess some water confidence, happy to put face in/jump from side.
Parent
& Baby

Focussing on building your child’s confidence in the water and working towards swimming unaided.
Advanced Beginners
Pre School Children aged from 5 – 7 years. For those who can swim a short distance unaided.

Focussing on building your child’s confidence in the water and working towards swimming unaided.

Improvers
For those who are confident in the water and can swim unaided, but require stroke development and improvement.
Advanced Improvers
Competent in all 4 strokes. Introduction of Starts, turns, stroke improvement and stamina building.
